Die App ist okay. Schöner fänd ich noch wenn ich die Option hätte nach jedem suchen direkt beides auszuwählen. Haus oder Wohnung/ Kauf oder Mieten. So spar ich mir 3 Suchverläufe und habe alles direkt auf den ersten Blick sichtbar. Dazu kommt noch kann man bitte einen Filter setzen "KEINE TAUSCHWOHNUNG" die meisten Wohnungen die mir angezeigt werden sind genau diese.
Needs more features to include account construction in English. Many who are not from Germany are learning but have not yet mastered the language. Good on the translation of property items but weak at account construction, use and management.
Please add an option to filter out flats that require Wohnberechtigungsschein, similar to how we can filter out flat trades. Please do a better job verifying real estate agents. I’ve gotten a scam email from a listing that was posted from a verified account!
ImmobilienScout demonstrates the laziness typical of monopolies: a lack of focus on the customer and clunky design and features. * Notifications and hidden items don’t sync between devices. * The UI of the iPad gets stuck when viewing listings and requires a reboot. * Cannot hide the last item in a list on iPad due to no buffer area at the bottom of listings. * The iPad and iPhone app allow viewing in English, but perplexingly not the web site, which requires site wide translation via browser. * Translations for listing descriptions use an awkward Google pop-up Apps launch to recommended properties. Why would I want to see properties that IS finds interesting, instead of launching to, i.e. my notifications or searches instead? Subscriptions are expensive and provide little value, except to see listings that are withheld from non-subscribers. A feature only possible due to the IS monopoly. The product team is either underfunded or they have a weak team, both demonstrate a lack of consumer focus by the executive team.
The app works and looks good. However it fails to do anything beyond that or assist in creating a helpful UX which is incredibly disappointing. For starters, there is no language localization, so you’re stuck using the app in German. They do have a translate option for some descriptions, but it’s in a very awkward pop over. Next, there is no useful way to manage or track your messages. So it’s easy to get overwhelmed and lose track of things. They also don’t let you customize your email notifications settings and they send a lot of emails including ones being asked to rate people who never responded to your messages. But the most frustrating thing is that they don’t allow you to see descriptions and pictures of apartments you’ve accepted viewings to or are in the processing of applying to. Instead they turn it off and force you to remember all the details yourself or require you to take screen shots. Overall, very disappointing. It does work and is stable (for me at least), but it feels like the user experience wasn’t taken into account at all
If you sign up for pro membership for some number of months you will be automatically renewed for further months if you don’t cancel, even though it seems when you sign up that you’re signing up for a fixed number of months. There is no warning about this. Shady!

Absolutely a worthless app was contacted by nobody about any apartments or places to live and the customer service is very terrible and it’s a greedy app who will not cancel the service because I do no longer need it. They continue to take my money and tell me that it ends next year, therefore I will just block them on my card and get a refund. This is not a trusted app. Do not use it.

The app itself isn’t very easy to navigate. The recommendations are awful, almost completely irrelevant to search parameters, and no way to adjust or ignore. There are so few listings and it’s so hard to actually see your saved listings clearly on a map. Makes finding a rental depressing.
and be careful what you are opt in. they are making you pay until you are out of your limit. dont explain why are you paying for, and when you want ur money back, they are putting you on lawyers.
I signed up to search for an apartment, but I can't cancel the contract. Nobody answers my inquiries. My girlfriend ordered SCHUFA and apparently didn't uncheck the box and now gets billed for 30€ every month, despite the fact that the account has been blocked for months. I advise you not to use the paid features of this site. I have often regretted it. I couldn't find an apartment here. Don‘t get Plus Membership unless you want to be stuck paying the entire contract period you sign up for. We thought you could cancel at any time when you don‘t need service. Expect very little to no customer support in English and you cannot manage your account online unless you can read German, The only customer support is via email which is not helpful. The customer number they provide only speaks German and refers you to contact them via email. Be very careful before you sign up or you could be stuck paying monthly for a service you won‘t use. Word to the wise. I would rate zero if I could because their customer service is nil and the website is set up to make it difficult to impossible to fix any issues in English or even manage.
App mostly works well. I have to click the login option almost every time I open the app, sometimes even an hour later. But that’s fine. Mainly its when messaging about flats I can’t attach files. It says all of my files are t accepted and tells me the options that are. The files are of a few of the options, I even converted a couple and they still don’t send. I can attach the same file on my computer easily but I’m on the go a lot hence the reason for the app, so with houses coming and going quickly and landlords needing documents asap, being able to send files would be a great fix.
This app has become useless. It offers either hopelessly overpriced rentals or spams you with useless tauschwohnungs ads. Used to be great but now it’s just a piece of garbage.
This app is the worst I have used since the App Store was created. Unbelievable that they take in 30 bucks per month for this. Nothing works well. I can’t even log in without it crashing.
I cannot open or send messages reliably. Once sending a message fails, I have to completely quit the app to send it. Checking my mailbox seems to work about 1 in 10 attempts. Weird because the mobile browser page works great and I actually really like it.
Man kann im Filter nicht angeben, dass ich keine Resultate will in denen keine fotos vom Objekt zu sehen sind.
The app logs me out everyday and shows an error loading my profile. I have to delete the app and redo w load daily…
This app pushes for membership, there is no translation available and it’s impossible to contact owners without the paid version. After paying and writing dozens , you find out that it’s only with documents in Germany and useless for short term rental. No refund given, and they wouldn’t even cancel the membership. 27 Euros continues to be taken from my account. Expected behavior from Germany, profit from war AND refugees from Ukraine. Distasteful.
The last update made the App stop to open on iPhone 11. When I tap the App the splash screen open but immediately closes
If you pay for plus, they will charge you monthly despite only requesting a short term subscription and they make it almost impossible to cancel. Go elsewhere.
I like the app, but it lags my entire phone down.
Worst app ever for renting.
The app stopped searching on my iPhone 11 although I can see properties if they are sent to me by someone else. I checked all the possible reasons and I do not have any clue.
The app is super buggy it just randomly kicks me out of a listing and back to the main search page also the push notifications almost never works and the app crashes. Terrible to use as a plus member I expect more.
Eine so unglaubliche schlechte aber dafür teure App ist mir schon lange nicht mehr untergekommen! Wohnungen die aus dem Angebot genommen werden, werden nicht aktualisiert in meiner Ansicht! Vor Jahren war ImmoScout24 Top, jetzt so wie der Rest von Deutschland....drittklassig! Ich bekomme am laufenden Meter Nachrichten das Angeboten deaktiviert werden, aber es wird nicht angezeigt! Das die App nichts kostet wenn man bis zu 30 € für eine Plus Mitgliedschaft zahlt ist ja wohl das Wenigste! Ein Stern ist noch zuviel!

I have been trying to cancel my plus membership since Monday (today is Friday) to cancel my membership so I wasn’t automatically charged....and even though I have been trying, I still got charged on Wednesday and I call and write email and try to use their live chat (but never available) to try to cancel and NOTHING works. If you have a paying APP we should be able to cancel easily and without stress.
I'm not sure why, but ImmoScout's app stopped working once I moved from NY to Berlin. I still have the same phone (and number and provider), but the app won't populate any results. The message that pops up is a cloud with a plug that's not plugged into the wall. Here's what I've tried to fix the problem: -toggling location settings -using a VPN set to US -connecting to WiFi - deleting and re-downloading -trying to search anyway But nothing happens. Any help would be great. Would give this app a 5 star if it still worked!
I have been looking for an apartment to buy in Berlin for a while now. I had all my parameters set up to search. A few weeks ago the app stopped working so I uninstalled and reinstalled. It’s still not working. I don’t know how I can get in touch with the developers to trouble shoot. It was such a great app! Too bad I am unable to use it anymore.
Great way to find your next home
It is impossible to fill out the profile form which makes it much more difficult to actually find a flat. I also tried on the latest version of chrome, safari & firefox. To top it off the chatting to support doesn’t work.
It would be good if you could find places that specifically have garages — that’s very different than a Stellplatz. Also would be cool if they would advertise homes with air conditioning, as it now gets to 40 degrees plus in Berlin summers.
Ich genieße und benutze die App, aber es fehlt mir die Option, eine möblierte bzw unmöblierte Wohnung auszuwählen. Ich brauche eine möblierte Wohnung und man muss immer alle Angebote, auch unmöblierte, durchgehen. Es sollte ein Filter mit diesen zwei Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung stehen

Sadly the sorting function is now missing. That was the only saving grace of this app. I hope it gets reinstated. At the moment I cannot recommend it at all. Pity
App keeps requesting I download the latest app, but I already have and that new app is what’s stuck.
